I've been giving this to my kitten twice a day everyday since I got him from the shelter at 2 months of age (he had a URI). The vet recommended it, and gave me dosing instructions. Since that time (he's now almost 12 months old), he's had URI twice, and I've had to go to the vet to get antibiotics. This last time, he had laryngitis on top of the URI...so I don't know if this paste is working on my cat. It seems he gets sick regardless. I bought another natural remedy, and it should be arriving in the mail soon, I'm hopeful that will work better in preventing the infections.
