The small tooth brush works quite well in my cat's tiny mouth, compared with the long brushes that shaped like brushes for people you normally see in the pet stores. However, since the bristles are long and soft, the brush sent out of shape after 6-7 use and may need to be replaced.
The tooth paste came in a small plastic pouch, which was a really bad design. The tooth paste was enough for at least 10 use, but after you opened the pouch, there's no way to close it back. I just had to put the whole pouch in a small sandwitch bag to prevent it from drying out. But the paste still dried out in the open of the pouch, making the next squeeze difficult and messy.
