I bought this because one of my ferrets, Bandit, started choking one night and I realized that it was because of hairballs blockage that is causing the problems. I do use ferret lax regularly and I guess it doesn't work very well. Anyways I was recommended by forum used online and got this vetasyl. It worked really well once I figured out a way to feed it to Bandit. Using half a capsule per day for 3 days clears her system really well and she has never choked again. I also used this on my other ferrets with the same results. Now I use this once each month.
