This is very easy to use and it's accurate. And it's easier on both you and your pet to not have to take the temperature rectally.
It was a little strange to figure out the instructions at first for the covers (which you MUST use), and how to get it positioned correctly in my dog's ear.
After one failed try, we got it right and it has been so helpful with my dog whom I've been monitoring post surgery.
Please do note that it beeps when the temperature is set (usually a second or two after it's in the dog's ear). My dog isn't thrilled with it beeping right next to her ear, but apart from that, I would recommend this highly.Get more detail about Pet-Temp Ear Thermometer.
